What is Community Action? What does CMCA do? How can I take an active role in eliminating poverty in my community? These are questions answered at the bi-monthly Community Action Events held at each CMCA Family Resource Center. In an effort to become more effective making and maintaining community change, CMCA recognizes the importance of inviting the community to learn about the crisis of poverty and Community Action.
All members of the community are invited to attend a Community Action Event. These events are designed to mobilize and/or leverage resources of benefit to low income families in our communities.
